What this is

Roundup is a daily puzzle app run by a sole proprietor. Playing is free. Roundup does not currently accept payments, tips, or donations on any platform — the goal of the app is the puzzles themselves and a public-accountability counter for the operator’s personal debt-payoff goal.

By using the app, you agree

Payments, tips, and donations

Roundup does not currently accept payments, tips, or donations on any platform. The "pot" counter shown in the app is a public-accountability counter for the operator’s personal commitment — it is not user-funded and there is no transaction on your end.

Records of donations made before this flow was paused are retained per Stripe’s policy and accounting law. If you donated by mistake before the pause and want a refund, email accounts@roundup.day within 30 days of the original charge.

Daily cap: the app-side accrual that funds the operator’s contribution is capped at $100/day. Above the cap, additional engagement still counts visibly but doesn’t increase that day’s commitment.

Your account and data

Intellectual property

The app design, puzzle content, branding, and codebase are owned by the operator. You may share the daily puzzle’s share grid (the colored-emoji result) anywhere; please don’t republish full puzzle content elsewhere.

Disclaimers

Roundup is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzle scheduling is perfect. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. The public debt-payoff totals are reported in good faith but should not be relied upon for accounting or legal purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator’s total liability for any claim related to Roundup is limited to $0 (since the app does not accept payments). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of the operator’s residence in the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll announce material changes in the app.
